Columbus Heights Lot # 196

Columbus Heights Lot # 196

Lot # 196 is a beautiful hilltop lot with a great view of nature and tropical birds .

The development of Columbus Heights is located 15 minutes south east of Jaco and around 1-1/2 hours from the airport .

We are also very close to the beach and local beachfront restaurants and cantinas .

This Beautiful development has paved roads and is totally surrounded by nature and a creek close by .

The development has a total of 223 lots but is a very uncrowded community with only a few homes built at this time .

All the lots here have been divided into parcels around 5,000m2 or 1-1/4 acre or more .

The soil here is very fertile and the views are amazing for 360 degrees of every lot .

This would be a great opportunity for the adventurous person .
