Ocean View Panorama | Private | Cool Mountain Breezes | Pool

This spectacular furnished home is what Costa Rica is all about. Surrounded by lush nature on a hill overlooking the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, this 4.49 acre property is close to the beach and between the popular tourist areas of Jaco and Manuel Antonio. The view is expansive, with a magnificent panorama of the Pacific ocean extending from Esterillos to Manuel Antonio.

The home is solidly constructed of concrete and reinforced steel and has beautiful tile floors and teak hardwood throughout. There are three bedrooms total (each with its own air conditioning) - two bedrooms upstairs are master suites with ensuite bathrooms with large windows to enjoy the best breezes and views this home has to offer. There is also a covered deck on the second floor that runs the length of the home, perfect for watching the abundant wildlife and birds flying past the panoramic ocean and mountain view!

Downstairs there’s a large kitchen with teak cabinets and shelves, large porcelain counter tops resembling concrete and all major appliances are included. There is a bright open concept living and dining area that enjoys the views and breezes and a third bedroom and bathroom on the first level. The open terrace extends on 3 sides with the ocean side completely screened in, perfect for daytime relaxation and entertaining into the night.

The furniture included is solid teak, designed and commissioned by the owners. These custom furnishings contribute to the feeling as you enter the home that it truly belongs in the beauty of Costa Rica that surrounds it.

The salt water pool has a tinted “sunroof” designed to keep the water in perfect balance without becoming destabilized with rainwater or debris from the trees. The pool is surrounded by a deck with an outdoor shower and an infinity edge on the ocean view side.

The large two car garage has a bathroom and an attached room perfect for a handyman’s workshop or artist’s studio. This property comes with a bonus feature of two completed building pads for potential development. At the very least this area contributes to ensuring your privacy and unobstructed views! The pastoral setting includes a rapidly growing expat community as well.
