Prime Location | 100m from the beach | Next to Super Sol | Esterillos Oeste

These two lots have huge potential as the village of Esterillos Oeste grows. The beauty of this property is the unique corner location on the main road into town, less than a block from the beach and located at the turn towards the west side of Oeste. This is a very valuable location for the future of the town. There is one property with a quaint little home on it and the other lot has been leveled and cleared. They are located in the maritime zone, one lot has an expired concession that needs to be renewed, and the other lot has been held for 18 years with a right of possession, both held by a corporation that will convey with the sale. Due to the steps needed to formalize concessions with the municipality and ICT, these properties are being sold together "as-is" with the corporation at a bargain price.
